Lake Stewards of Maine (LSM) will host an Invasive Plant Patrol (IPP) 101 webinar on Thursday, May 9th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.Attendees in this webinar will learn about identifying, surveying for, and reporting findings aquatic invasive plants. Guests will learn about how to identify each of Maine’s 15 potentially invasive plants and their native lookalikes, proper surveying methods and how to organize an invasive plant patrol team, and how to properly report and submit findings.

This class is required for those seeking Tier 2 Certification by Lake Stewards of Maine. An accompanying review quiz will be required for certification. This webinar will be recorded for those who cannot attend the live session.Pre-registration is required for this event. Upon registration, guests will receive a Zoom link and instructions.
